Email drafts, not submissions

Our enquiry forms prepare a mailto link in your browser. There is no form backend and no automatic submission or database storage. Your details stay in the mounted form until you leave or reload the page. Your email application handles the draft; you must press Send there. Once sent, the message is handled by your email provider and the receiving mailbox.

Cultural audit briefs

The audit intake prepares a structured brief locally. You can download it as a JSON file or copy the full text to your clipboard; those copies remain on your device under your control. No brief is placed in a website URL, analytics event, browser database or server-side form store. The email link contains a short introduction with your name, email and business, not the full brief. You must attach the downloaded file or paste the complete brief and press Send yourself. There is no delivery confirmation on this site. Editing the form clears the prepared state; leaving or reloading clears the form. Use a trusted device and only share non-confidential information you are authorized to share.

Media and hosting

The site loads fonts from Google and reference images or video from external media hosts. Those requests expose connection information such as your IP address to those providers. The hosting provider may also process request logs. Your browser and RSS reader have their own storage and privacy behavior.

Search and measurement

Archive search runs locally on the downloaded content. Search terms appear in the page URL, so they may remain in browser history or hosting logs; do not enter private information. The site dispatches local page-view, labeled-click and successfully prepared audit-brief events without form fields or search query text. Preparing a brief is not sending an enquiry. The optional “How did you find Theadora?” answer stays in your brief and is not included in these events. No analytics vendor or collection endpoint is connected, and the site does not set analytics cookies.

RSS and future subscriptions

The RSS feed is public and requires no signup. Email subscriptions are not open. Consent, provider, retention and unsubscribe information must be defined before email capture is introduced.
