THEADORA / STRATEGIC INTELLIGENCE & CREATIVE OPPORTUNITY
Cultural
Opportunity
Audit.
A focused cultural intelligence sprint for brands, spaces and creative businesses looking for their next meaningful opportunity.
For a launch, a shift in positioning or a new creative direction. One business, one primary market, one question worth answering.
Enquiry first. Payment is arranged after approval. Already approved? CHOOSE PAYMENT → PayPal or bank transfer; both are not configured yet. No payment is taken here.
THE OUTCOME
Less cultural noise.
More useful direction.
Know where you stand, who you can matter to, and what to do next.
Use the audit to sharpen a launch, reposition a business, develop a campaign or identify credible collaborations. It connects cultural research with decisions your team can act on—not a report that ends at inspiration.
Best for a founder, brand team, independent studio or cultural space in fashion, art, design, architecture or hospitality, with one business, one primary market and a defined challenge. Not a replacement for large-scale market research or a full brand strategy programme.
Why €500?
The fee covers focused research, analysis and creative synthesis around one agreed question, brought together in a usable final document. The scope stays deliberately narrow: you pay for a considered diagnosis and concrete next moves, not production, access to creators or an open-ended retainer.
THE SCOPE / EIGHT CONNECTED DELIVERABLES
A considered point of view.
A practical way forward.
- 01
Cultural positioning diagnosis
What your business stands for now, where the story is unclear, and a sharper position to test.
- 02
Cultural & audience landscape
Relevant cultural signals, audience motivations and tensions—not a generic trend report.
- 03
Competitive & editorial landscape
A focused map of comparable businesses, narratives and editorial spaces, with gaps worth exploring.
- 04
Five concrete opportunities
Five commercial or cultural moves, each with a rationale, first step, effort estimate and success measure.
- 05
Three campaign / editorial concepts
Three distinct creative directions with an angle, format, audience and distribution idea.
- 06
Potential collaborators & partners
A researched shortlist of creators, collaborators or organizations, with fit and a proposed approach. No access or availability is implied.
- 07
A 30-day action plan
A sequenced plan for what to start, what to test and what to measure over the next four weeks.
- 08
A polished final PDF / deck
One cohesive, client-ready document connecting the research, recommendations and practical next steps.
INSIDE THE DOCUMENT
From observation
to opportunity.
Each recommendation must answer a simple question: why this move, for this business, now?
Format preview only. This is the structure of an opportunity card, not a client result, case study or researched recommendation.
OPPORTUNITY CARD / STRUCTURE PREVIEW
A move worth
making.
- Signal → audience tension
- What the research reveals, with sources and uncertainty.
- Opportunity → business value
- A specific move, its commercial logic and cultural relevance.
- First test → success measure
- Owner, effort, next action and a metric to judge the result.
HOW THE SPRINT WORKS
Five days.
A defined finish.
The clock starts after project approval, a complete brief and arranged payment—not when you open the form. Business days exclude weekends and agreed holidays.
- BEFORE WE START
Enquire, qualify, agree.
You send an unpaid enquiry. We confirm fit, scope and availability in writing. After approval: choose payment → verified receipt → confirmation → final intake → delivery. Payment options and automatic confirmation are not configured yet; no booking is created by this page.
- DAYS 1–2
Diagnose & map.
Review your materials, cultural context, audiences, competitors and editorial landscape.
- DAYS 3–4
Find & shape.
Prioritize five opportunities, develop three concepts and research potential collaborators.
- DAY 5
Deliver the next moves.
Bring the diagnosis, evidence and recommendations into a polished final PDF / deck, including your 30-day action plan.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Clear expectations.
What is included in €500?
The eight deliverables above, focused on one business, one primary market and one agreed challenge. Research uses public sources and the materials you are authorized to share. The final deliverable is a PDF / deck, not eight separate production projects.
What is not included?
Campaign execution, copywriting for publication, visual asset production, paid research databases, interviews, media buying, outreach, partner introductions, ongoing consulting and additional markets. Revisions or follow-on work must be agreed separately before work begins.
Will this guarantee sales or editorial coverage?
No. You receive informed strategic recommendations and testable creative directions, not guaranteed revenue, reach, press coverage or collaborator availability. Paid work does not buy independent editorial coverage from Theadora.
How do approval and payment work?
Prepare an unpaid enquiry, download or copy your brief, and send it by email. We confirm fit, scope, total payable amount, timing and terms in writing before you commit. Payment is arranged after approval.
The payment-choice page offers PayPal or bank transfer when configured for approved orders. Both methods are currently unavailable. Bank instructions are shared privately, never on a public page. A payment attempt or return from PayPal is not confirmation of receipt.
What happens after I pay?
Payment must be received and verified before paid project access is allowed. Use your approved order’s payment-status link; if the status is unavailable, contact Theadora rather than paying again.
After confirmation, we agree any remaining intake details and your start and delivery dates. The five-business-day sprint produces the final PDF / deck and 30-day action plan. Automatic confirmation and paid intake are not available on this static site yet; the current enquiry form is not a paid booking.
What can the audit lead to?
Use the recommendations with your own team, or discuss a selected direction with Creative Studio. Strategy, campaign concepts and ongoing partnership work require a separate brief, fee and agreement. None is included automatically in the €500 audit.
What happens to my brief?
It stays in your browser until you copy, download or email it. There is no form database or automatic saving. You must press Send in your email app; leaving the page clears the form. Do not include confidential files or customer data. See our privacy information.
